XIRR

XIRR stands for Extended Internal Rate of Return. The XIRR function is used to calculate the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for a series of cash flows that is in irregular intervals. XIRR gives you the flexibility to assign specific dates to each individual cash flow, making it a much more accurate calculation.
